Important Information for International Attendees

Citizens of most foreign countries require a visa to enter the United States. Please make sure to apply for your visa early enough! A list with approximate wait times can be found here.

Invitation letters will be provided upon request. Please contact us for further assistance: organizers@ihconference.org

As of 2009, citizens of countries that participate in the Visa Waiver Program must apply for authorization to enter the United States via the ESTA website. The Department of Homeland Security recommends that applications be submitted at least 72 hours prior to travel. Unless revoked, travel authorizations are valid for two years from the date of authorization, or until your passport expires, whichever comes first.
